Well-maintained hotel, spent our time lovely. The room was nicely decorated and had a patio and a kettle as pictured in advertising. The location was excellent close enough to everything and the staff here was extremely helpful. 

Got good standard queen room with a patio as expected, appreciated it.

Tbh, had a lovely stay for a planned night at the races. It was clean, everyone was fantastic friendly. I loved its lovely and stunning location close enough to everything.

This hotel was quirky and unique and everything was perfect. All the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable giving some tips about the city. The breakfast was fresh and very good with plenty of brilliant options.  

The room was excellent with a superb breakfast, stayed here for 1 night. The location seemed brilliant and super away from the hectic town centre. Also, Venetian Waterway Gardens was close enough.

Clean and wonderful place and the breakfast was sensational. Exceptionally comfortable, beautiful unit for hot breakfast, and absolutely fabulous staff.

Brand-new units with a patio. Really great building, stunning location short walk to restaurants, the beach and England.

This place is well-maintained and bright and the staff are amicable. The location is particularly good, adjacent to main tourist areas and the amusements and Joyland - couldn't be better. Plus, it's 500 metres of the lake. The
